Dear Diary,
Today Riya (my sister) has once again made the microwave door go flying open while she was cooking something in the microwave. Now don't get me wrong this is a very odd thing to happen, but the funny thing is that this isn't the first time that this has happened. I think about two years ago my sister said "hey mom I am going to boil an egg in the microwave" obviously my mom thought that was a weird phrase but still said ok. She then takes a bowl and fills it with water and puts an egg in it. Two minutes pass and it is in the microwave, at about two minutes and thirty seconds..."BOOM!" The microwave door had shot open since the egg had exploded and there was egg all over the kitchen and my mother was furious while I was in shock of how that happened. Now back to today she tried to make another egg in the microwave claiming "the only reason it didn't work last time was that there wasn't enough water" and of course again about two and a half minutes later..."BOOM" there is egg all over. We still do not know why this keeps on happening and hopefully, my sister doesn't think there wasn't enough water again and cause a third "BOOM."
