Randy and I

(Just a disclaimer I am not saying that I am super rich like a soc just saying I can relate to this person's personality.) My comparison with a character from the "Outsiders" may be different than most peoples because I think I can relate to a soc. I think that I can relate to Randy because he does not come from a broken home and at the same time he does not act cheesy and corny like the other rich kid socs do. I also think that I could relate to Randy because he seems super chill to me and I think I relate to that. I also like Randy because he was all chill and cool with Ponyboy even though Ponyboy was a greaser. I also liked that Randy came in to visit Ponyboy in the hospital when he was sick like a good friend would do. (Even if they are from two separate worlds of life.) He also showed that he was a good friend when he came to the court case and he didn't say anything bad about Ponyboy. The last thing that I liked about Randy was that he tried to show some empathy towards Ponyboy's Broken home, but he just couldn't be in the same shoes as Ponyboy and I really like that and I think that I would try to that. That is why I think that I can relate to Randy.
